Bruschetta

I love bruschetta!

love love love.
We bought a little basil plant and my first plan is to always make some this yumminess. When my father-in-law brought over fresh tomatoes from his garden, I knew it was destiny. It's so so simple, yet very delish.

Ingredients:
4 diced tomatoes
2 sliced garlic cloves
3 chopped up basil leaves.
tad bit of olive oil
salt and peppa to taste.
baguette

I like mine spicy, so I leave the garlic in bigger chunks to get that bite.
Add all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes for the flavors to come to together. Toast and slice the bread and top those bad boys!

  5. That looks yum and I've just eaten. Pesto, you can make that with your basil too. To me, basil, sun ripe tomatoes and mozzarella cheese go great together xx
