Fish Tacos! yummmm.

Jesse also requested fish tacos.

Oh man! These were yummyyy.
My mommy also came over after school and brought some guacamole.
I think she'd do anything to see her man-man.

So here's how I did it.
Crispy Fish Tacos
5 filets of talapia cut into chunks
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of water
Warm tortillas
Cabbage for topping
Lime for topping.

Heat your oil and make sure you use enough for frying. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt. Add water until the batter is the consistency of a cake batter. Dredge fish in the batter and fry it up in the oil until it's crispy brown. Assemble your tacos however you please and yum them up!
