Veggie egg rolls.

Last night Jesse suggested that we make egg rolls...
Make egg rolls we did.
I never really measure, (unless I'm backing) so this won't be exact.

 Egg Rolls 
2 cups of shredded cabbage 
2 cups of bean sprouts
2 cups of shredded carrots
1 clove of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 bag of egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
    Heat frying oil while you cook the cabbage, sprouts and carrots. Add in garlic, ginger and soy sauce. When veggies are done to your likeness roll them up in the eggs roll wrappers and fry those babies up!
