You probably clicked on this link when you saw my amazing afro, right? Maybe I'm the only one who thinks it's cool enough to snap pictures when I should have already been on the way to my hair appointment. The breads are back for the holiday season because they are sexy and easy. Plus I love them! I also got a new pair of specs :)  I found these pretty glasses on costal contacts! If you need new glasses, I suggest taking a look at their site, first pair is freeeeee. I love them! But I don't know if they work well with my chubby checks. So far I've gotten one nay and three yays.

So tell me. honestly, should I stay with these or go back to my oldies?

New New

Yesterday, I ventured out into the black Friday madness to get my retail therapy on. I found this great knit jacket from forever21 and made a whole rocker outfit to go with it. I even switched up my hair.

I pinned half of it up and left the rest to it's craziness. I loved it! My brother asked me if I thought I was Rhianna, and I'm taking it as a compliment. So yes Omar, I think I did a Rhianna inspired do.

What creative things do you do with your hair lately?

A while back, I did a post about loving my hair. As of today I feel really in love with my hair. I mostly wear it in the two strand twist style like in the picture above. This is my favorite protective style. It's so easy to twist them up and just let them be. They kinda look like dreads, huh? I like that too! Some days I like to let my inner sasha fierce out and have lots of crazy curls. Jesse says it makes me look like a lioness :)

Most of all, I'm SO EXCITED about how healthy it is. It is so thick, shiny and beautiful. Plus it's finally growing.  YAY! I plan on getting braided extensions from my brother-in-laws wedding.

By the way, doesn't my cutes look extra cute? He decided he wanted to wear a really big boy shirt today and nothing else. Love him.
