Best rapper alive?

Who comes to mind first when you hear this?

Earlier this year, I heard that Eminem claimed this title which  b l o w s  my mind. I really liked his early music and the D12 stuff but other than that... he's just not for me. He just sounds so angry all the time. I know that a lot of rappers talk about some stuff that I'd consider scary but his scary is just too much for me. I think I just don't relate as well with him.

I'm sure you'd all say I'm lame but my favorite rapper would be a toss up between Lil Wayne and Kanye West. Wayne may drink too much cough syrup and Kanye may be a jerk but I think they are musical genius'.
Also, I really like Will. I. Am. He's created some of the post popular songs with the peas.

My to do list is super long today and I'm actually going to really try to get some of it done. We shall see how that works for me. In the meantime, I'm loving B's new video.

Every time I get in the car and turn on the radio this song comes on. They have a new commercial that I must watch when it comes on t.v. This song was just screaming to be on my music Monday post. So here it is! I love you Jimi! Oh, of course I had to use the Waynes World version, there is no better way :)

 This weekend was filled with movies on classical music.

I learned all about Beethoven, Mozart, and the red violin.

And really, I've fallen in love.

The music had so much feeling, it felt so deep.

Jesse found this Evanescence song that uses some Mozart and it is now one of my favorite songs.

Music Monday V.4

Music Monday is VERY special today.

This is one of my favorite songs Jesse plays for me.

It reminds me of how strong our love is.

I don't know the song history as well as I should but he had titled the video Allegro Spiritoso Op. 1 no.1 - Giuliana.

What I do know is that he played it beautifully for me :)

Music Monday is back with a Vengance!

For those of you who don't know, Megadeth is probably my ALL time favorite bands.

I remember when I would walking home from work, plug in my headphones and put all my Megadeth songs on repeat. I felt so accomplished and BA and their music intensified the feelings.

Their music goes deeper than that for me. I had a hard time battling depression in high school and their earlier songs were so relate-able to my angry feelings.

As I grew past this stage, I grew my Megadeth collection. I own all of their albums but one, I've seen them twice and I'm a in the Mega Fan Club.

Am I obsessed?
